II. Data processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Provision of the website and creation of logfiles<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

a. Description and scope of data processing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Every time you access our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of
the accessing computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following data will be collected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Information about the browser type and the version used<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • User’s IP address<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Date and time of access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The data is also stored in the logfiles of our system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The legal basis for the processing of data is Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPA [General Data Protection Act].<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    c. Purpose of data processing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    It is necessary for the system to temporarily store the IP address in order to enable delivery of the website to the
    user’s computer. For this purpose, the user’s IP address must be stored for the duration of the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    d. Duration of storage<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose of the collection. If the data is
    collected to provide the website, the data will be deleted as soon as the respective session is terminated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    e. Means of objection and termination<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    The collection of data to provide the website and the storage of data in logfiles is imperative for the operation of
    the website. Consequently, the user has no possibility to object.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in the Internet browser or in the Internet browser
      on the user’s computer system. If a user accesses a website, a cookie may be stored on the user’s operating system.
      This cookie contains a characteristic string which enables the browser to be clearly identified when the website is
      accessed again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We use cookies to make the website more user-friendly. Some elements of our website require the calling browser to be

        The purpose of using technically necessary cookies is to make it easier for users to use websites. Some functions of
        our website cannot be offered without using cookies. For these functions, the browser has to be recognised again after
        accessing a different website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Analysis cookies are used for the purpose of improving the quality of our website and the contents. The analysis
        cookies enable us to learn how the website is used and we thereby constantly optimise our offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Our legitimate interest in the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPA is also based

        Cookies are stored on the user’s computer and transmitted from there to our website. For this reason, you as a user
        maintain full control over the use of cookies. By changing the setting in your Internet browser, you can deactivate or
        restrict the transmission of cookies. Cookies that have already been stored can be deleted at any time. This can also
        be done automatically. If cookies are deactivated for our website, you may not be able to fully use all functions of

        There are various forms available on our website which can be used to establish contact electronically. If a user
        submits one of these forms, the data entered in the entry mask will be transmitted to us and stored. This data

            b. Legal basis for data processing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            The legal basis for the processing of data if the user’s consent has been given is Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f
            GDPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted when sending an e-mail is Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPA. If
            the e-mail contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6
            paragraph 1 lit. b GDPA. The legal basis for the disclosure to the responsible subsidiaries and\/or distribution
            partners is Art. 6 paragraph 1 page 1 lit. b GDPA, and if a consent has been obtained Art. 6 paragraph 1 page 1 lit. a
            GDPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            c. Purpose of data processing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            The sole purpose of processing personal data from the entry mask is to process your contacting us. If contact is
            established by e-mail, the required legitimate interest in the processing of the data is also based thereupon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The other personal data processed during the submission process serves the purpose of preventing abuse of the contact
            form and safeguarding our information technology systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            d. Duration of storage<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose of the collection. In principle, the
            data is not deleted automatically. The data pool in CRM is regularly inspected in the company. Data that is no longer
            required for the purposes of the procedure will be deleted manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            e. Means of objection and termination<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            Users have the option to revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If users contact us by
            e-mail, they can object to the storage of their personal data at any time. In such a case, communication cannot be
            continued. All personal data that has been stored within the scope of making contact will be deleted in this case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5. Use of FriendlyCaptcha<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            We use the FriendlyCaptcha service to protect our website and, in particular, the online forms provided from misuse, automated access (bots), and spam. The provider is FriendlyCaptcha GmbH, Am Anger 3\u20135, 82237 W\u00f6rthsee, Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            A. Purpose of processing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            FriendlyCaptcha serves to ensure that an interaction (e.g., submitting a form) is carried out by a human user. This allows us to protect our IT systems from automated attacks, spam, and misuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            B. Type of data processed<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            When using FriendlyCaptcha, technical information necessary for the provision and security of the service is processed. This includes in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Connection data (e.g., anonymized IP address)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Technical environment data of the browser<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Interaction and function data showing that the task (challenge) was performed correctly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              FriendlyCaptcha does not set cookies and does not store personal data such as names or email addresses. The IP address is anonymized by a one-way hash function and is not used to identify individual users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              C. Legal basis for data processing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

              Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in protecting our website from abusive automated access, spam, and other attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              D. Storage period<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

              FriendlyCaptcha does not store any personal data. Any technical log data that may be generated is used exclusively to ensure technical operation in accordance with the provider’s specifications and is deleted or anonymized after a short period of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              6. Use of Matomo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              a. Description and scope of data processing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

              This website uses the open source web analytics service Matomo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              With the help of Matomo, we are able to collect and analyze data about the use of our website by website visitors. This allows us to find out, among other things, when which page views were made and from which region they come. We also collect various log files (e.g., IP address, referrer, browsers and operating systems used) and can measure whether our website visitors perform certain actions (e.g., clicks, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              IP anonymization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              We use IP anonymization when analyzing with Matomo. This means that your IP address is truncated before analysis so that it can no longer be clearly assigned to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Cookie-free analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              We have configured Matomo so that it does not store cookies in your browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Hosting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              We host Matomo exclusively on our own servers, so that all analysis data remains with us and is not passed on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
